TB's Tier List and Guide
Tiers are the way Pokemon are ranked in the meta-game by people who study and play the game professionally, mostly from the competitive battling website, Smogon.
There are 5 main tiers; Uber, Overused, Borderline, Underused, and Not Fully Evolved. This guide does NOT list the Not Fully Evolved tier, as by its name, you can tell its the 200+ Pokemon that are not in their final evolutionary form.
Please note this is the tier list we use, it is extremely similar to Smogon's which is the most widely accepted tier list out there, although we have about 5 slight differences based on debates here on Team Blaze. Please also note, that regardless of tier, a Pokemon can still win greatly in a tier higher than it, it is just how they are classified based on regular use.
Ubers (U)
Ubers are the top tier. Most people believe this tier is all legends, but it is not. Ubers are all Pokemon with very wide movepools, great stats, etc.; which make them sometimes impossible to beat if trained the right way.

For the standard metagame, this is the main tier where players get Pokemon from. These Pokemon have pretty good movepools, nice stats, and excellent types. Some Pokemon in the OU tier may also be considered Uber, as debates on what tier a Pokemon should be are ALWAYS happening.
